- Free waiting time for airport pick-up is 1 hour 接机免费等候时间一小时。
- For airport drop-off, customers are advised to depart at least 6 hours before the flight departure time. Please make your booking in advance. 送机最晚六小时前出发，请提早预订。
- Please ensure all booking details are correct, including: Customer name, contact number, number of passengers, pick-up date, pick-up time, pick-up location, drop-off location, flight number, terminal, and vehicle type. 请确保所有预订资料正确，包括： 客户姓名、联系电话、乘客人数、接送日期、接送时间、上车地点、下车地点、航班号码、航站楼及车款类型。

The booking will only be officially confirmed after the following steps are completed:
- 50% deposit has been received
- Manual verification has been completed by our team
- Official booking confirmation notice has been sent
- Service group has been created
Please note that payment of deposit alone does not automatically confirm the booking. The booking is only confirmed after you receive our official confirmation notice. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of departure.
